As a child I was bullied until I was 20 years old, I was insecure, I felt ashamed and I didn’t feel comfortable with my body and with myself. We often see only the negative aspects of our body instead of looking at the positive ones. Each of us has his own strengths and imperfections, so learn to know them instead of hiding them.
Fashion and makeup
Fashion and makeup can make a difference not only from an aesthetic point of view but also from a psychological point of view. Learning how to choose the right clothes to enhance our figure is important because it allows us to hide the imperfections that may not make us feel good about ourselves. The same is for makeup, which allows us to highlight the strengths of our face and this helps improve our image. During the day I never use too much makeup, but I do not go out without eye shadow and Rimmel, the result makes me feel good all the day.
